Our Mission:
Empowering You to
Run Your Rhythm

It all started with two friends swapping stories—comparing notes on cravings, moods, and the rollercoaster ride that is the menstrual cycle. It was one of those “Is it just me, or…?” moments that made us realize we weren’t alone. Women everywhere were trying to make sense of their cycles, feeling out of sync and out of control.

That’s when we had our lightbulb moment. What if, instead of fighting our cycles, we learned to flow with them? What if we had the tools, insights, and support to actually run our rhythm? That’s when Rhythm was born.

At Rhythm, we believe understanding your cycle is the key to better energy, balance, and overall well-being. Our mission is simple: to give you the knowledge, tools, and science-backed solutions to take charge of your rhythm and feel your best—every phase, every cycle.

Rewriting the Rules of  Wellness

Most wellness advice wasn’t designed for bodies that change daily. But your cycle impacts everything- energy, metabolism, mood, and recovery. At Rhythm, we’re here to cut through the noise, bust the biggest myths, and bring you the real, science-backed truth—so you can stop fighting your body and start working with it. Here are a few myths to unlearn...

❌ MYTH: "Mood swings? You’re just being dramatic—it’s all in your head."

TRUTH: Your cycle impacts serotonin, dopamine, and cortisol, the hormones that control stress, focus, and mood. So no, you’re not just being dramatic.

❌ MYTH: "To see results, you need to train hard every day, no excuses."

TRUTH: Your strength, endurance, and recovery shift throughout your cycle. Training in sync with your hormones boosts results, and prevents burnout.

❌ MYTH: "Being on hormonal birth control makes your cycle regular and balanced."

TRUTH: Birth control doesn’t regulate your cycle, it replaces it. While it can help with symptoms, knowing how it affects your body helps you make informed choices."

❌ MYTH: "Your metabolism runs on a steady pace, and your energy levels should be the same every day."

TRUTH: Your metabolism fluctuates by up to 10% throughout your cycle, which is why your energy, cravings, and hunger change week to week. Some days you feel unstoppable, others, you just need rest. That’s not random, it’s science.
